Shipping documents such as Airway Bills, Bills of Lading, Delivery notes etc are produced. Shipment status is tracked and visible from dispatch through to arrival.
Customs documentation and procedures are handled for all international shipments both at the point of export and import. Local offices and systems interfaces ensure that shipments pass through customs as easily and quickly as possible.
Warehouse management (WMS) Manages inventory locations/batches within the warehouse as well as picking and receiving functions.

Galley diagrams and loading lists are defined and maintained. Detailed loading manuals can be published as well as an extensive range of loading reports.
Service rules for menu cycles, bar exchanges and others are defined along with a detailed bill of materials to support the services such as tray set ups. These are then combined to generate comple-mentary loading lists for each flight.
An airline’s flight schedule is imported using the IATA standard SSIM format and business rules are applied to create a service schedule which defines which aircraft loading will apply for each flight.
